antergi.com : faq

Q: Why should I choose antergi.com over some of the other similar services?

A: Because antergi.com understands the content of web pages, the results it produces is of a higher quality. Our competitors fall into one of two camps. The first kind simply gather up a set of links from a page leaving you with empty feeds only containing links and no content, most users would be better off sticking with their browser as at least these links will then be presented in a way that will allow the user to decide if they want to follow that link or not. For example, pages such as the CCL CPUs page (featured on our demo page) only make sense if your RSS feed contains the all important content around the links -- price, availability, specification and so on.

The second kind of service, just updates you that something on the page has changed so you get a chaotic cluttered feed containing all sorts of extra stuff, adverts and so on. The unique nature of antergi.com, it's artificial intelligence approach, consistently produces better results that do save you time.

Q:How often will my feed be updated?

A:Feeds will be updated roughly around every hour. Trial accounts may be updated less frequently.

Q:Are there any restrictions are there on my account?

A:Only those specified in the terms and conditions of service.

Q: How much?

A: $19.99 for ten feeds for a year. If you increase the number of feeds over the course of that you pay roughly $20 per year on a pro-rata basis.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: As the service is provided with a fully functional free trial, which allows you to discover at no cost if the service is for you, we do not offer refunds. At our own discretion, we may offer refunds if the service is discontinued, or there is an upgrade to the system that adversely affects your use of it and the situation cannot be remedied in a timely manner.

Q: Will any page work?

A: Pretty much any page will work, although the quality of produced feed will vary. Pages with a regular presentation of content will provide the best results. For example pages with no consistent structure like for example the wikipedia front page will produce feeds that theoretically work but the feed will be quite spartan. Lots of pages will work very well though, search engine pages, online stores, blogs, newsletters, online newspapers, magazines, forums, online retailers and more. See our demos and instant trial pages to see examples. Why not see how it works and take advantage of a free month long trial?

Q: My feed says that the page is unsuitable, what can I do?

A: First, report the problem to us. We will either fix it or suggest alternatives. For most pages, there's usually a way of coming up with a page that will work. Does the site have an update page or a news page? If not a search engine on the site will return the results in a usable format, failing that you can use google. For example, on the wikipedia site, the font page is chaotic, but you could use a google search of the wikipedia site to see what's new.
